With Monday's Preseason All-State event held at Sport Center 481 in East Syracuse, NY in the books, it's now time to collect the massive amounts of data and sort through our statistical leaders. With 24 catchers on hand; 15 of them were able to get a pop time in the sub 2.10 range with 8 having arm velocities better then 74 MPH. Here's our leaderboard (sorted by top overall pop time):
