Scouting Report
A 6-foot, 190-pound strong athletic build. Offensively, right-handed hitter, middle-oppo, flat approach, shows bat speed, had one of the best rounds of BP at the event. Hits from a balanced stance with an athletic base, uses almost no load, very simple, rotational swing, flat path to contact. Runs a 4.22 showcase home-to-first. Defensively, accurate arm, high 3/4 slot, 83 mph, some stiffness.

PBR: Are you looking for anything in particular in a school? (Example: high academics, certain academic program, local, etc.)
Detweiler: A competitive ball team, have the opportunity to play, has a good educational program so I have a good degree after.
PBR: How did you do your junior year? What were your high school statistics? And how did your team do?
Detweiler: Honorable mentions all state. I had a .375 batting avg, led my team in homeruns, selected and played in Oklahoma state games. We finished a couple of games above .500 but are looking to have a good season this year with a lot of returning starters.
PBR: What are you goals for your senior season?
Detweiler: Help lead my team to state and win state, make the all state team.
PBR: What travel team did you play for?
Detweiler: Oklahoma expos
PBR: You had a very successful career as a quarter back, are you still entertaining football offers as well?
Detweiler: Right now my focus is on baseball.
PBR: What are your ACT and GPA?
Detweiler: 24 ACT with a 4.1 GPA
