Scouting Report
A 5-foot-11, 160-pound right-handed pitcher and infielder with an average, athletic frame. Long arm action with a slight stab on backend and quick arm speed into a high-3/4 release with some effort and rhythm throughout the delivery. He lands square, in-line, and finishes athletic. Fastball sits 82-84 mph with slight run and is thrown for strikes. Breaking ball has 11/5 shape with quality depth, near fastball arm speed and sharp, late break at 63-66 mph. Shows a feel for changeup with near fastball arm speed and fade action at 73-75 mph. Right-handed hitter with a balanced, athletic setup, smooth load, short stride, explosive lower half, and solid balance. Shows looseness in the barrel with whip in the hitting zone, gets solid extension, has fluid rhythm and a gap to gap approach. Solid defender that projects to third base down the road with soft hands and solid arm strength that produced a positional velocity of 76 mph with carry on throws.
