Lakhari "Petey" Parker, MIF, R/R, East HS, 2016

At 5-foot-11, 200-pounds, Parker is an athletic MIF who displays quick hands defensively with very good range.  While Parker is still learning the nuances of the game, he has made big strides as he continues to improve his overall game.  At the plate, Parker is a line drive hitter with a level swing path.  He shows extremely quick hands which helps generate good bat speed through the zone.  He still has some work to do to improve his approach and pitch recognition at the plate, but he has made significant strides recently.  Parker has the tools that should allow him to remain as a middle infielder and the work ethic that projects well at the next level.
