BROCK LOMAX / OF / 2B / COVINGTON, TN / 2019

Home-1st: 4.37, Position Velocity:  OF-86, Exit Velocity: 89
6-foot-2, 180-pound, RHH showed off an intriguing all-around tools package while collecting 2 hits in game, including a triple.  Tall, athletic profile w/ well-proportioned present strength, projectable.  Offensively, hits w/ a straight on, slightly crouched stance w/ quiet hands into shift of weight, toe tap and proper load.  Generates above average bat speed through the zone w/ natural loft.  Quiet, repeatable swing w/ barrel feel.  Lot of line drives w/ ability to back-spin the baseball.  Consistent hard contact all day.  Projects to hit for average w/ projectable pull power.  Above average runner underway.  Defensively, moves well in the OF w/ easy arm strength and carry through target.
