Edmond Santa Fe's run to the 6A State Title game was fueled by multiple guys stepping up but none greater than the efforts by 2022 grad Blake Seefeldt both with the bat on the mound. Seefeldt picked up multiple saves on the mound and picked up hits in each game including a monster grand slam in the State Semi-Finals to grab a 4-0 lead in the 4th inning. He also homered and picked up the save in the opener of the State Tournament closing out a 3-1 win. Big time moments require big time players to make impacts on the game and Seefeldt certainly carried a heavy load for Santa Fe getting them through to the State Championship game. Seefeldt is currently at Rose State Junior College and should be a fun follow over the next two years.
