PBR OK Player of the Week: Week Three
March 21, 2022
After a successful Spring Break trip to the Gulf Coast Classic that saw his team walk away with a 4-0 record, Chandler Fowler's bat played a big role in keeping the Trojans undefeated on the season. Fowler had 7 hits in 12 trips to the plate with a hit in every game this week including two long balls and driving in 10 runs on the week. Fowler has wiry strength and hits with good leverage to generate more power than guys typically his size. If the Trojans continue to get this level of production from Fowler and the rest of the Trojans that are off to good starts, then they will be a definite contender for a repeat title come May.
Throughout the year we will be highlighting players who have had the best weeks as our Player of the Week and welcome all recommendations from all levels. Please include a stat line for the week and overall season stats as well.
