The Prep Baseball Report Future Games Powered By Under Armour is a one-of-a-kind event featuring the top Class of 2016 prospects from across the PBR coverage area. The 4th annual Futures Games will take place at Grand Park in Westfield, IN from July 31-August 2 where hundreds of scouts from across the country will fill the stands to watch some of the top uncommitted 2016 prospects across our coverage area.

Last year's Team KY  has already seen eight Division I and two Division II commitments from that roster. Over the next couple of weeks we will spotlight players who have been selected to the Team KY roster for this year's event.

The 6-foot-1, 175-pound RHP continues to show more velocity each time we see him.  Most recently, Horsley's fastball sat 84-85 mph at the Top Prospect Games in June and he has shown good command of a solis secondary arsenal that includes a 65-69 mph curveball with depth and 73-74 mph changeup with sink and fade.
