PBR OK strives to be the most comprehensive source of player information across the state. The Prep Baseball Report is the No. 1 resource for high school baseball in each state we cover through our variety of events, boots-on-the-ground scouting staff, daily coverage, and multimedia platforms. Our multimedia platforms and events work in tandem, ultimately creating the most powerful source of high school baseball promotion in each state. While other organizations take a national approach, our goal is to become the authoritative voice on the ground level of each state.
This fall, PBR OK will continue highlighting some of the top ranked and uncommitted players in the 2019 class as they prepare to enter their senior seasons. Today, we look at one of the most physically impressive pitchers in the class who has shown advanced arm strength, Cody Carlton (Tuttle).

Scouting Report
7/17/18
A physically impressive 6-foot-6, 230-pound frame with strength throughout. On the mound, the right-hander works from an average tempo delivery with some rhythm and a moderate leg kick before striding down the mound. Arm action is long and low behind him with a quick change of direction at the bottom of his arm stroke before coming through an over the top slot with arm speed. Fastball shows downhill tilt and heaviness with deception at 84-87 and touching 88 mph, mostly strikes. Curveball shows 12/6 shape with late depth and tight spin at 67-71 mph, mostly strikes. Changeup has advanced depth and fade at 76-77 mph, almost all strikes.
