Prep Baseball Report Director of Scouting, Greg Williams, will be blogging weekly on the Pennsylvania page. The title of the blog is, Hit'em Where They Ain't, to borrow a phrase from form major leaguer, Wee Willie Keeler.  Keeler was just 5-foot-7 and 140-pounds, but he compiled a .341 career batting average.
