With the 2017 spring season right around the corner, PBR North Carolina is anticipating a great spring.  This is the first year of coverage for PBR during the high school season.  In the coming weeks and months, PBR will report on games, players, conference races and the state tournament.  It is the aim of PBR North Carolina to become your #1 source for high school baseball.

What to Watch For

The Blackhawks return all but one of their offensive starters and look to be able to score on most nights.  Athletic and balanced, the depth of the lineup will pose some issues for opponents.  On the bump, Coach Ward also returns his top 3 arms from 2016.  There is no reason to doubt a big step forward from the Blackhawks in 2017.
