With the 2017 spring season right around the corner, PBR North Carolina is anticipating a great spring. This is the first year of coverage for PBR during the high school season. In the coming weeks and months, PBR will report on games, players, conference races and the state tournament. It is the aim of PBR North Carolina to become your #1 source for high school baseball.

What to Watch For
Pine Lake returns an all-senior starting infield that has played together and started for 4 straight years. Alex Cohen anchors the shortstop position and is the most instinctual player on the team. Defense is never a problem at Pine Lake and this year should be no different. Will Harwood and Shane Connolly anchor a strong pitching staff as returning seniors and should be able to finish their careers strong.
