With the 2017 spring season right around the corner, PBR North Carolina is anticipating a great spring.  This is the first year of coverage for PBR during the high school season.  In the coming weeks and months, PBR will report on games, players, conference races and the state tournament.  It is the aim of PBR North Carolina to become your #1 source for high school baseball.

What to Watch For

Off of a 19 win season, Coach Byerly will look to the leadership on the 2017 squad to set the tone and the level of expectations for the War Eagles.  A much younger group than last year, Davie should be able to create runs with their aggression on the bases.  The ability to continue to develop their arms throughout the year could be the determining factor on another state playoff push.
