Missouri Class of 2024 Rankings Story
March 31, 2022
The Missouri 2024 class has already began to make a name for themselves on the state and national level. Twelve of the MO 2024's have already committed to a college and a good number of players were major contributors on their varsity team during their first season on campus. Below is an in-depth look at the class including the top ranked player, the risers, the new comers, top ten and the compete 200 player 2024 class rankings.
The Top
Trey Snyder SS / Liberty North, MO / 2024The state's top ranked player and nationally regarded as an elite player in the 2024 class. Snyder is a well rounded player, defensively is an elite defender with smooth infield actions and strong throwing arm (86 mph across the diamond). Offensively Snyder routinely performs at a high level in game with plus bat speed and has the ability to hit for power. 6.78 60 Commitment: Tennessee |
Risers
Andrew DuMont RHP / St. Louis University, MO / 2024An already established effective pitcher with a quality three pitch mix had a velocity jump this off-season. DuMont now works in the upper 80's to 91 range making him one of the more sought after uncommitted arms in the Midwest.
Kaden Durnin RHP / 3B / Camdenton, MO / 2024A physical arm with a projectable frame and delivery who impressed at the MO Preseason All-State event in February. Durnin will be an arm to follow closely this spring/summer and can certainly see another velocity jump in the near future.
Brady Kehlenbrink LHP / Parkway South, MO / 2024One of the top uncommitted lefties in the 2024 class. Kehlenbrink has strong physical frame and showed a firm fastball, a good feel for a change-up and a curveball at the MO Preseason All-State.
Isaac Boss RHP / Westminster Christian, MO / 2024Another physical arm with big upside who opened eyes at the Midland Bandits scout day. Boss is a presence on the mound at 6'4 and fastball that can reach the upper 80's with more in the tank.
New Comers
Brady Picarelli OF / C / Eureka, MO / 2024The left handed bat is one of the top uncommitted bats in the '24 class. Picarelli has a good feel for the barrel and has performed well in game and has shown the ability to hit to all fields and handle tough pitching.
Chase Olson LHP / Raymore-Peculiar, MO / 2024Showed really well at the Building Champions scout day, an upside lefty with pitchability. Currently has a slight frame with added strength/size it is not hard to see some easy extra velocity to an already impressive arsenal.
Jack Nobe OF / SS / St Francis Borgia, MO / 2024With a wiry 6-2 athletic frame Nobe has plenty of natural leverage from a smooth left handed stroke. The ball jumps off the barrel and has natural carry. Will be an important bat to follow closely this spring/summer.
