What's New AT THE TOP
As we bring the summer to a close, more and more 2020 prospects continued to burst on the scene. With Noah Stout, there’s no change at the top with the outfielder staying at number one. Parker Pilat and Logan Wood , both 2017 Future Game participants, remain strong at two and three in the rankings.
Noah Stout OF / OF / Rochester, MI / 2020His above average hitting ability and pop from the left side make him an elite prospect. Projects as a corner OF and recently committed to Clemson. |
Parker Pilat SS / RHP / Country Day, MI / 2020Rankings State Rank:2 POS:1
Pilat, a slick fielding, athletic prospect standing 6-foot-3, 170-pounds can play all over the infield. Has above average defensive ability and with good range. Has the ability to stay in the middle infield potentially at the next level. Also an aggressive base runner who swiped multiple bags during Future Games. |
Logan Wood LHP / OF / St Mary's , MI / 2020Rankings State Rank:3 POS:1
Wood, 6-foot, 160-pound left handed pitching prospect works at an upbeat tempo. As a 14-year old already has a good understanding of how to pitch. Mixes in two breaking balls and a change up to go along with his 81-83 mph fastball. Has caught the eye of several colleges this summer. |
The Risers
Ryan Zimmer, C/RHP, St. Clair , and Werner Blakely, 2B, Southfield A&T both made nice leaps in the rankings coming in at fourth and sixth.
