#1 Moeller (2-1)
#2 Mason (4-0) beat Siegel High School (TN) by a score of 6-0 at the Warrior Spring Classic in Murfreesboro, TN. Freshmen Rodney Hutchinson threw 6 innings of shutout, 1 hit baseball. Junior Lee Sponseller hit a bases loaded triple to break open a 1-0 game.
#3 Defiance (2-0) defeated Findlay (2-1) in 5 innings by the score of 11-1. Junior Rob Zeigler picked up the win on the hill going 5 innings allowing 1 unearned run on 2 infield hits. He struck out 6 and walked 2. Georgia Tech, OSU, and Kentucky were all in attendance for the game. Dom Gentile led the Bulldogs at the plate going 2 for 2 with a double and 3 RBI and Anthony Kidston (Louisville recruit) was 2 for 4 with a triple and 3 RBI. The Bulldogs are now 2-0 and Findlay 2-1.
#4 Pickerington Central (0-2) beat Delaware Hayes by a score of 7-4.
#5 Centerville (2-0) beat Lebanon by a score of 4-3.

#9 Grove City (4-0) beat Dublin Scioto (1-1) by a score of 4-3. Brandon Gooch delivered the go-ahead hit the top of the seventh to help the Greyhounds earn a victory on the road.

#11 St. Ignatius (1-1) beat #25 Amherst by a score of 7-3.
#12 Mentor (1-0)
#13 Dublin Jerome (1-1) loses to Marion Pleasant by a score of 12-9.
#14 Elder (4-1) beat La Salle by a score of 10-6.

#17 Jonathan Alder (2-1) beat Newark Catholic by a score of 5-0. Unsigned senior Anderson Hasting went 6 and 1/3 innings on the mound while throwing a one hitter. Senior Nick Squires (Ohio University recruit) hit a home run in the victory.
#18 Sandusky (1-0)
#19 Columbus DeSales (5-0) is probably the first team in the state to reach 5 wins after beating Whetstone by a score of 6-3. Senior TJ Alas (Eastern Kentucky recruit) went 3 for 4 with 2 RBI.
#20 Willoughby South (0-0) plays their first game on April 2nd

Division III/Division IV Ranked Teams
#1 Keystone (2-0) picked up its second win of the season in a tough 7-6 game against Kenston (2-1). Senior Caleb Shillace (Toledo recruit) started the game for Keystone going 4 innings, allowing 2 earned runs, 5 walks, and striking out 8 batters. Senior Jake Twining picked up the win in relief by striking out 6 batters and allowing 1 earned run. Kenston sophomore Nathan Blake was equally impressive going 4 and 1/3 innings while striking out 9 batters and not allowing an earned run.
#2 Newark Catholic (0-3) lost to Jonathan Alder by a score of 5-0.
#3 Minster
#4 CHCA (2-0) beat Cincinnati Christian by a score of 10-6. Senior Ted Andrews got the win, he is 1-0. Sophomore Kyle Davis was 2 for 3 with a double, triple and 3 runs scored. Junior Jacob Banks also had a double, triple and 4 RBI while senior Danny Moorehead added a triple and 3 RBI. For Cincinnati Christian, junior Ryan Arington had a triple in the loss.
#5 Patrick Henry (2-0) beat Holgate by a score 9-0. Senior right-handed pitcher Kevin Kline (Toledo recruit) struck out 18 batters while allowing 1 hit and walking 1 batter.
#6 Hamilton Badin (2-1) fell to Kings (1-2) by a score of 19-8.
#7 Bloom Carroll (2-0) notched another win with a 17-1 victory over Beechcroft. Junior Levi Fetherolf went 2 for 2 with 4 RBI including a triple. Senior David Poe added 2 doubles and 3 RBIs as the Bulldogs combined for 12 hits. Sophomore Cody Seagraves, Fetherolf and senior Josh Gabbard combined on the mound allowing just 2 hits and 1 run.
#8 Holy Name (1-1) lost to North Royalton (3-0) by a score of 7-4. Holy Name junior Tyler Sullivan went 1 for 2 with 2 walks, 2 stolen bases, and 2 runs scored.
#9 Canton Central Catholic (1-0)
#10 Maderia (4-0) beat Batavia (3-1) by a score of 5-4.

#15 Piketon (3-1) beat Minford by a score of 8-7. Junior southpaw Zach Farmer struck out 8 batters while junior right-hander Brice Bennett picked up the win in relief. Farmer also went 3 for 3 at the plate. Shane Pack had a game winning RBI in the bottom of 7.
#16 Coldwater (1-1) beats Lima Shawnee (1-1) by a score of 5-4 in 10 innings of play. Lima Shawnee junior right-handed pitcher Cory Wilder (ranked #2 player in Class of 2013) goes 6 innings. He allowed 5hits, 3 walks, and 4 runs while striking out 7 batters. Coldwater's Drew Klosterman pitched 5 innings of relief of starter Christian Schramm. Klosterman gave up 2 hits, 1 run and had 7 strikeouts while going 2 for 3 at plate. Alex Stammen had a game-winning RBI double in top of the 10th. Matt Selhorst collected 2 hits as well. Cavs even up record at 1-1 and will host Franklin Monroe tomorrow.

#23 Summit Country Day (3-0) beat Roger Bacon by a score of 3-1. Junior left-handed pitcher Tommy Crowl threw a complete game with 10 strikeouts to lead Summit. He gave up 5 hits (all singles) and walked 2 in the complete game effort.

Cardinal Mooney beat Akron Hoban (2-1) by a score of 11-9.
Wauseon (3-0) beats Napoleon by a score of 5-4. Sophomore southpaw Axel Bueter earns the win and junior Jake Trejo picked up the save.
Port Clinton (1-1) beat Danbury by a score of 10-0. Junior Addison Rospert went 2 for 3 with a walk, single, and double.
Licking Valley (2-0) beat Licking Heights by a score of 4-1. Freshman southpaw Drew Morrison struck out 12 batters while earning his first victory under Coach Adam Arcurri.
Bishop Ready (2-0) beat Franklin Heights by a score of 3-2. Ready's Ross Etgen pitched a complete with 7 strikeouts. Mitch McNabb went 2 for 3 with a single a two-run homerun.
Edgewood (2-0) held on to beat Turpin (3-2) by a score of 4-3. Zach Griffen spread out 8 hits over 4 and 2/3 for the victory and Robbie Hauser earned the save. Jon Barger paced the Cougars with 3 hits and a RBI. Junior Keenan Carter hit a solo blast. Austin Raggets pitched 5 and 2/3 innings and took the loss. Millike, Morton, Peytes, and Mclauglin each collected 2 hit in the loss.
Bellefontaine (2-0) beat Graham by a score of 12-0 after pouring on seven runs in the fourth inning. Senior southpaw Daulton Mosbarger struck out 11 over 5 innings of work. Junior Brandon Wilson went 3 for 3 and sophomore Jarrod Houchin went 2 for 3 with a triple.
Gahanna Lincoln has moved to 4-1 on their spring break trip.
Solon (2-1) beat Riverdale Baptist School from Alabama (4-1) by a score of 2-1.
Oregon Clay (2-0-1) and Perrysburg (0-0-2) tied 3-3 due to darkness. Clay's Jordan Grosjean (Central Michigan recruit) was on the mound. Perrysburg's Hunter Smith (Miami recruit) hit a home run in the contest.
Beavercreek beat Oakwood by a score of 4-0. Jake Young threw a no-hitter.
Hilliard Darby (2-0) beat Shelbyville Central (TN) by a score of 11-2.
Seven Hills (3-0) beat Niles North (IL) by a score of 4-2. True David vs Goliath story. Seven Hills has almost 300 students 150 boys, matched up against North Niles who has 2200 kids in their school. Senior Ryan Ferrell (Denison) pitched a complete game striking out 13 batters through 7 with just one walk giving up 4 hits. Ferrell offensively went 2 for 4 with a double and RBI. Also for the Stingers senior Harrison Addy went 2 for 4, freshman Brian Goertemoeller went 2 for 4 with a triple and 2 runs scored, and senior Matthew Montieth hit a triple and had an RBI.
Loveland (3-0) beat Glen Este by a score of 3-2.
Fairfield (3-0) beat West Carrollton by a score of 5-3.
Evergreen (2-1) beat Toledo Whitmer (3-1) by a score of 10-0. Junior Dylan Henricks allowed just one hit and the Vikings scored seven in the first inning and went on to beat previously undefeated Toledo Whitmer (3-1) 10-0. Senior Trenton Shindorf went 3 for 3 with an RBI. Senior first baseman Jake Van Loocke was 2 for 3 with an RBI. Junior catcher Kyle Kern-Blystone was 1 for 2 with an RBI. Sophomore Jake Dowling was 1 for 3 with an RBI to lead the Vikings.
Woodridge (1-0) beat Akron SVSM (2-2) by a score of 7-6.
Troy (4-0) beat Tecumseh by a score of 8-2. Devon Alexander pitched a complete game. Senior Nathan Helke belted two home runs.
Canton McKinley (3-0) beat Firestone by a score of 12-8.
Clark Montessori (1-2) beat Cincinnati Country Day (0-2). Junior Sam Johnson (Clark) threw a complete game while striking out 9 batters.
North Royalton (3-0) beat Holy Name by a score of 7-4.
Indian Lake beat Kenton Ridge by a score of 3-1. Unsigned senior Zach Maier pitched 5 and 2/3 innings allowing one earned run and striking out 8. He also had a big double, which knocked in 3 runs.
Ironton St. Joseph beat Sciotoville Community 15-5 in 6 innings at Sciotoville on Thursday. Junior Justin Mahlmeister pitched 6 innings and struck out 15 batters without walking a batter. Mahlmeister was also 2 for 3 at the plate with a double and 7 stolen bases. Freshman Bryson Adkins was 3 for 5 at the plate.
Worthington Kilbourne (2-0) picked up a tight 2-1 win over Bishop Watterson. Junior Brian Sommer picked up the win as he threw 5 scoreless innings. Tom Scantland added a single and triple to aid the Kilbourne offense.
Bedford Bearcats (0-1) lost to the Berea Braves (1-2) by a score of 10-0. Joe Vasquez (Wabash recruit) threw a 5 inning, 2 hit shutout.
Norwalk (4-0) beats Perkins by a score of 8-0.
