#1 New Albany 5 McGavocK (TN) 2 – Garrett Sherrell threw four innings allowing just one hit and striking out four, but did not get a decision. Tucker Marcum was 2-3 with a double and two runs scored. Jordan Striegel hit a two RBI single in the seventh to put New Albany ahead. Josh Rogers came in and struck out three straight batters to pick up the save.  Clayton Poff was 2-3 with a double and a run.

#10 Homestead 14 FW Southside 1 – Homestead had a big offensive day pounding out 13 hits, three for extra bases. Zimske led the way offensively going 3-4 with a double, homerun, and three RBI. Plasterer, Brandon Soat, and Jake Weber all had two hits and two RBI.

Center Grove 17 #20 Lawrence North 7 - Brad Walker and Jay Prior both had big days at the plate, each driving in five runs. Walker finished the game 4-4 with two doubles, five RBI, and three runs scored, while Prior was 2-3 with a double, homerun, five RBI, and two runs scored. Brock Koehler and Josh Piper both finished 2-3 with three runs scored, Koehler drove in two and Piper drove in three.

#25 Greenwood 13 Mooresville 3 – Landon Fink picked up the win going five and third striking out nine and allowing three runs. Fink also had two hits, a RBI, and two runs scored. AJ Vleck went 3-3 in the game with two RBI and two runs scored. Connor Beidelman drove in three runs and Alex Krupa scored three times.

Lapel 5 Hamilton Heights 4 – Lapel scored a run in the bottom of the seventh to pull out a victory. Jacob Troxell lead the offense for Lapel going 2-3 with two RBI and a run scored. Evan Mohr picked up the win going 3 2/3 innings allowing just one hit and striking out six. Tyler Anderson had a two run homerun for HH and Colton Elbrecht had a RBI double.

Northfield 11 Blackford 7 – Northfield put up four runs in the second and six in the third en route to a win on Wednesday. Ryan Keaffaber, Austin Keen, and Dallas Hovey all had two hits, including a double, and a RBI. Levi Strait homered and had two RBI for Blackford.

Fishers 12 Kokomo 4 - The Tigers set a school record with 12 stolen bases. Matt Woolwine led the offensive attack finishing 3-4 with a double, three RBI, two runs, and three SB. Drew Clark and Garret Schlotter both added triples and two runs, while Jon Cordell finished 2-2 with two RBI, 2 SB, and a run.

Franklin 8 Decatur Central 0 – Jeremy McKinney went the distance, striking out seven and walking only three.  Doubles by Donnie Waters and Ty Urban keyed a big fourth inning with Franklin putting up seven runs.  Urban finished with two RBI, as did Mason Clark.

Warren Central 13 Carmel 4 – Charlie Dant picked up the win for Warren Central. Warren’s offense had 16 hits and a six run top of seven to cap off the victory.

Carmel 5 Warren Central 4 – Carmel’s offense connected for ten hits to split the double header. Matt Lampe picked up the victory and Ryan Campbell came on to get a save.

North Central (Farmersburg) 11 West Vigo 4 – Connor Strain pitched 5 innings for the win. He had seven strikeouts, gave up six hits, and one earned run. Nate Lyday was 3-4 with a 2B, HR, and four RBI, while Zach Lyday was 2-3 with a double and three RBI. Tyler Strain was 2-5 with a double, RBI and three SB.

Michigan City 12 SB Adams 5 – Andrew Ray picked up the win pitching five innings and striking out nine.

Central Noble 7 FW Luers 4 – Brice Vance got the win going all seven innings allowing just two earned runs, four hits, and striking out nine. Nick McCoy led the offense going 2-2 with a double, three RBI, and two runs scored. Kevin Kennedy also drove in two runs for Central Noble.

Hanover Central 10 Lowell 0 – Dan Stum picked up the win going all five innings allowing just four hits, he also drove in two runs at the plate. Zac Maciejewski was 3-3 in the game with three runs scored and a RBI. Tyler Trepton had two hits and drove in three runs.

Vincennes Rivet 14 Sullivan 6 – Vincennes Rivet had four players pick up three hits in the game. Mouzin was 3-5 with a double, homerun, five RBI, and three runs scored, Allen was 3-4 with a double, triple, RBI, and three runs scored, Wirth was 3-4 with a two RBI and a run scored, and Tempkin was 3-4 with three RBI and three runs scored.

Plainfield 19 Cascade 11 – Dillon Hughes led the offense for Plainfield, he finished with two triples, three RBI, and three runs. Alex Caparella also drove in three runs for Plainfield. Alex Arthur had two doubles, three RBI, and a run scored for Cascade.
