On July 5, Prep Baseball Report-Missouri/Kansas held the MOKAN Summer Trials at LaRoche Field in Fort Scott, Kansas. Over 60 players on the 2021-2018 classes attended.
We broken down the event position-by-position, taking a look at the 2019 and 2018 pitchers today. Player profiles have been updated with video, running times, throwing velocities and profile picture. Players are listed in alphabetical order.
Player's profiles have been updated with profile pictures, videos and stats from the event. Coaches will have new profiles to add their dashboard on ScoutPlus and players will be able to update information on their profile with ProspectPlus.

Logan Alexander 2B / Olathe Northwest , KS / 2019Alexander is a 5-foot-10 165-pound right-handed pitcher in Kansas’ 2019 class. Alexander has an over the top release, controlled tempo during wind up, rocks into back leg during stretch, strides slightly open, loose arm action, repeats, fastball at 75-77 mph, breaking ball has gradual 12-to-5 action, 67-79 mph, throws splitter at 65-67 mph, some sink. |
Max Breite 1B / New Covenant Academy, MO / 2019Breite is a long limbed 6-foot-1 157-pound left-handed pitcher in Missouri’s 2019 class. Breite has an over the top release point, fastball at topping at 77 mph, working 73-76 mph, choppy tempo adding deception, in line stride, finished in athletic position, breaking ball has has 1-to-7 shape, 62-64 mph, knuckleball has slight sink, 57-58 mph. |
Will Bushnell RHP / Rock Bridge , MO / 2019Bushnell is a 6-foot-4 180-pound right-handed pitcher in Missouri’s 2019 class. Bushnell has a high three quarters release, creates run on fastball, slight rotation at balance point, aggressive down the mound, projectable and athletic, throws with some effort, works across body, late running action on fastball, 77-79 mph, breaking ball has 11-to-5 action, 70-73 mph, some with sharp action, change up at 63-66 mph, |

Mason Majors C / Staley, MO / 2018Majors is a 5-foot-11 175-pound right-handed pitcher in Missouri’s 2018 class. Majors showed high potential with his bullpen, strong build with aggressive and athletic delivery, over the top release, fastball at 82-84 mph, heavy with sink and running action, curveball at 67-68 mph, tight spin, some with late action, looks to be good pitch as he continues to throw, change up has late fading action, 75-76 mph, fastball arm speed. |
Sol Rainey RHP / Cassville, MO / 2019Rainey is a 6-foot-4 185-pound right-handed pitcher in Missouri’s 2019 class. Rainey has an over the top release, works in line down the mound, smooth and repeatable delivery, athletic finish, hands stay high during delivery, fastball at 77-78 mph, curveball at 62-66 mph, 12-to-6 action, sharp downward break, throws for strike, change up at 69-72 mph, occasional arm side release, throws with near fastball arm speed, long and lean frame. |
