MN Preseason All-State: Preview

The 3rd annual PBR MN Preseason All-State event will be this Sunday, March 19, 2017 at the Vadnais Heights Sports Center in Vadnais Heights, MN. The MN Preseason All-State event has developed into one of the premier preseason events for players in Minnesota and the surrounding region to showcase themselves for college coaches and MLB scouts.

Today we take a brief look at past participants from the event, record holders in each statistical category, and players who look to make an impact at this year's event.

Over 120 players who have attended this event the last two years have ultimately committed to college baseball programs to continue their education and playing career; including 36 players that have committed to D1 universities. Past participants include Max Meyer- Woodbury (Minnesota), Isaac Collins- Maple Grove (Creighton), Nick Hanson- Prior Lake (Kentucky/Cincinnati Reds), Matt Wallner- Forest Lake (Southern Miss)  and many other top performers.

Strong statistical numbers have been posted over the last 2 years at the PBR MN Preseason All-State event and below we highlight the event record holder in each category:

The 2017 event is loaded with a strong group of players. 51 of the Top 80 players in the PBR MN 2018 Rankings will be in attendance at this event. Admission is Free to college coaches and scouts. The MN Preseason All-State has the makings of being one of the strongest PBR Minnesota events to date.
