Kentucky Player of the Week: Danville SS Collin Harris
March 25, 2014

While it has been a relatively cold start to the 2014 baseball season around the state, the temperatures have had no effect on Collin Harris’ red-hot bat.
The Danville senior SS, who was the lone Kentucky player to participate in PBR’s Super 60 Pro Showcase in Chicago last month, put on a display of power in the Admirals’ first five games of the season.
Harris went 7-for-13 with 5 home runs, 10 RBI, and 10 runs scored, which included a 3-home run barrage against West Jessamine last Friday. As one would suspect, his 5 home runs leads the state at this point in the season.
For his outstanding performance on the field, Collin Harris has been named the Prep Baseball Report Kentucky Player of the Week.
