+ Braden Mayer, a 5-foot-10, 187-pound catcher from Harrisburg HS, has committed to Kaskaskia JC. Ranked No. 90 in Illinois’ 2014 class, Mayer was recently highlighted in The Hotlist: Top Uncommitted Catchers in the Midwest.
+ Zach Alexander, a 6-foot, 165-pound LHP from Geneseo HS, has committed to Webster University. Alexander recently showed well at the PBR Unsigned Senior Showcase in August, showcasing three-pitch feel.
+ Matt Guenther, a 6-foot, 215-pound OF/1B from Geneva HS, has committed to Aurora University. The left-handed hitting Guenther registered an exit velocity of 88 mph and ran a 7.4 60 at the Preseason All-State Showcase in February.
