Several more prospects have named their schools recently. A look at who’s going where:

Illinois Wesleyan recently landed three ranked senior prospects. Josh Kuntz, a senior OF from Lyons Township HS, is currently ranked No. 129 in Illinois’ 2014 class. At a PBR event, he ran a 6.63 60 and was clocked at 86 mph from the outfield.

Illinois Wesleyan also received commitments from INF Ryne Elvers (Springfield Sacred Heart-Griffin HS) and OF/LHP Mike Plecki (St. Thomas More HS). The 6-foot, 170-pound Elvers is currently ranked No. 172 in Illinois’ 2014 class. The 6-foot, 160-pound Plecki, who’s ranked No. 167 in Illinois, is a two-way standout. Plecki was one of the standout performers at the PBR Unsigned Senior Showcase in January.

+ Clark Brinkman, a senior OF from Immaculate Conception HS, has committed to Dayton. The 6-foot-3, 180-pound Brinkman is currently ranked No. 212 in Illinois’ 2014 class. At the PBR Unsigned Senior Showcase, Brinkman ran a 6.94 60.

+ Ryan Sitter, a senior RHP from Elgin HS, has committed to Elgin CC. The 6-foot-1, 180-pound Sitter is currently ranked No. 234 in Illinois’ 2014 class. Sitter showed well at the PBR Unsigned Senior Showcase in January, sitting 82-84 mph with feel for three pitches.

+ Andrew Bruss, a senior RHP/OF from Aurora Central Catholic HS, has committed to Denison University.

+ Shawn Chiaramonte, a senior 3B/C from Richards HS, has committed to North Central College. The 6-foot, 175-pound multi-positional player is currently ranked No. 235 in Illinois’ 2014 class.

+ Brady Kostecki, a senior RHP from Joliet Catholic Academy HS, has committed to Roosevelt. The 6-foot-5, 195-pound Kostecki is currently ranked No. 194 in Illinois’ 2014 class.

+ Neil Smith, a senior RHP from St. Rita HS, has committed to Phoenix College in Arizona.

+ Drake Hlavin, a senior RHP/3B from Glenbrook South HS, has committed to John Carroll College.

+ Joe Koutnik, a senior LHP/OF from Hersey HS, has committed to North Park University. The 5-foot-10 two-way player showed well at the PBR Unsigned Senior Showcase in October.

+ Blake Patchett, a senior 6-foot-3, 210-pound RHP/3B from Herscher HS, has committed to Miliken.

+ Michael Golich, a senior INF from West Aurora HS, has committed to Webster University.

+ Teddy Mills, a 6-foot-1, 165-pound senior INF from Wilmington HS, has committed to Elmhurst College.

+ Shawn Cavallone, a senior 1B from Providence Catholic HS, has committed to Triton JC.

+ Nathan Goodsell, a senior RHP/OF from Waterloo HS, has committed to Lewis & Clark College.
