The I-10 Border is coming January 16th to Lamar University in Beaumont, TX. This event will feature prospects from Louisiana and Texas, with a workout in the morning followed by live game action. As we lead up to the event, just a few days away, we will continue to preview several of the top players scheduled to be in attendance.

Scouting Report
Currently ranked No. 7 in Louisiana’s 2017 class. A 6-foot-2, 215-pound right-handed pitcher with a large, physical, strong, and athletic frame. Short arm action and a stab on the backend into a high-3/4 release, quick arm speed and regular effort. Smooth rhythm, level shoulders, in-line direction, lands square and finishes athletic. Fastball sat 86-88 mph, touching 90 mph, with sink, and was consistently throw within the strike zone. Breaking ball shows 11/5 shape, sharp break, and fastball arm speed at 75-78 mph. Flashes changeup with near fastball arm speed and solid fade action at 79-80 mph.
