Scouting Report:
6-foot,155-pound, infielder with plenty of room for continued physical development. Shenault continues to prove he is one of the top defensive infielders in the 2018 class. Smooth, athletic actions with plus body control. Flashes supreme confidence in his hands which work soft and out in front of his body. Quick, easy transfer and feet work through the baseball. Loose, athletic arm action, accurate throws with carry and clocked at 78 mph across the diamond. Offensively, barrel control, line-drive approach and spray-type hitter. Balanced setup, early load, short leg-lift timing trigger and good balance through contact. Flashed the ability to backspin the baseball; short, level bat path. Registered a 70 mph exit velocity. Also, ran a 7.09 laser-timed 60..

The Future Games will take place on August 4 - 6 (Thursday-Saturday) at Grand Park, a state-of-the-art 22-field baseball complex located in Westfield, IN, just north of Indianapolis. The Prep Baseball Report Future Games is the premier summer scouting event for Class of 2018 prospects. Last year, more than 150 colleges from all over the country were in attendance. The Prep Baseball Report services are subscribed by more than 450 colleges and pro scouts.
