Flower Mound defeated Rockwall 13 to 3 in 5 innings behind a strong outing from 2017 RHP Ryan Stuempfig. Stuempfig pitched 4 innings, allowing 4 hits, 1 run, 4 K's and 1 BB. Dylan Antonelli and Zach Mesa each had 3 run HRs for Flower Mound. Kyle Landers added 3 hits for the Jaguars. 2017 3B Will Frizzell had an RBI-double for Rockwall.

Ryan Johnston got the win with 6 IP, 4 H, 2 R, 3 K and 2 BB. Johnston was helped by a great defensive play turned in by 2017 2B Cade Thomas, who ranged to his far left and threw strike to first base.
