Day Two Highlights From PA Underclass Games

The second and final day of the PA Underclass Games concluded with several more impressive pitching performances. A complete analysis of the talented prospects that participated for each team will begin on August 6, following the Prep Baseball Report Midwest Future Games.

Below are the players selected as the MVP of their respective teams for solid performances over the two day event.

Scott KoschoC/OF Scott Koscho, Penn Trafford HS, Class of 2015

Koscho was selected the MVP of the Red Team. The 5-foot-11, 185-pound right-handed hitter turned in a 92 mph bat exit velocity and showcased pop times of 2.13-2.19 on throws of 72 mph out of the crouch. He displayed some of his power potential with a triple to the right center field gap during game play on day two of the event.

Casey VincentRHP/SS Casey Vincent, Eisenhower HS, Class of 2016

Vincent impressed on day one sitting 83-85 on the mound with command of a 72 mph curveball. The 5-foot-11, 160-pound left-handed hitter went 4-for-8 with a double in game play and played sound defensively at shortstop. Vincent earned MVP honors for the Black team as a result of his solid two-way performance over two days.

Corbin KesslerSS Corbin Kessler, Seneca Valley HS, Class of 2016

The 5-foot-10, 155-pound middle infielder showcased fluid actions and a clean transition with throws of 75 mph across the diamond. The sweet swinging sophomore went 4-for-6 at the plate in game action, including a double and a triple. Kessler displayed an 83 mph bat exit velocity and took home MVP honors for the White Team.

Aden TullySS Aden Tully, Council Rock North HS, Class of 2014

Tully was one of the most impressive position players at the event. The talented middle infielder showcased a 74 mph infield arm with quick feet, a clean transition and the ability to throw from several arm angles. Tully displayed an 84 mph bat exit velocity and went 5-for-5 at the plate over the course of two days. The uncommitted senior earned MVP honors for the Blue Team.
