Connor Einertson, a LHH OF from Westminster, has made his commitment
February 27, 2012
Connor Einertson, a Class of 2012 outfielder from Westminster Christian Academy, has committed to DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana.
A key member of Westminster’s Class 3A state championship team in 2011, few players had a more consistent season at the plate than the 6-foot-1, 185-pound outfielder. A left-handed hitter, Einertson batted .520 with 51 hits, 12 doubles, a triple, three home runs, seven stolen bases, and 39 RBI, and garnered Prep Baseball Report Missouri Third Team All-State honors.
Westminster is a favorite to repeat as Class 3A champions headed into the 2012 season and will be returning many of their key players. However, this year’s title would be extra special for the senior, as his younger brother Collin, a sophomore, has a chance to make varsity.
Einertson is a product of the St. Louis Gamers program and will join former Class of 2011 teammates Ryan Allee and Collin Henry at DePauw.
