HOW TO START YOUR SWING
*Nick Madrigal Oregon State University Infielder*
This week's tip of the week with Chris Burke and PrepBaseball Report is focused on How to Start Your Swing.
Burke focuses on the fact that the start of the swing allows for a lot of individuality. Whether a hitter is using a leg kick or toe tap, it doesn't matter, as long as they are getting to the first move of the swing: Separation.
Remember, Separation occurs when a hitter's hands are going back and their foot is moving forward. Anything before that is simply a loading mechanism.
Check out this week's tip of the week to learn and apply it your swing!
