Hunker: AVG .413, RBI 14, OB .571, HBP 11

PBR: Why did you choose Heidelberg?
Hunker :It was a great fit for me academically and athletically. Ultimately I felt the most comfortable there.
PBR: What other schools were you considering?
Hunker: Wabash College and Mount Union University
PBR: Where did Heidelberg first see you compete?
Hunker: They saw me play in a Dayton tournament last summer.
PBR: What role do the coaches expect you to play during your first
year on campus?
Hunker: To be as versatile as possible and be able to play multiple positions.
PBR: What is your biggest strength as a player and how do you feel
that will help Heidelberg?
Hunker: My versatility and my work ethic. I will be prepared to fill the team's needs whatever they may be.
PBR: Who has had the biggest impact on you as a baseball player?
Hunker: My dad, Coach Andriole and the entire Cathedral High School baseball coaching staff.
PBR: You played for one of the best high school programs in the state
of Indiana, and played with many college level players throughout your
HS career. How has that experience affected your baseball career up
to this point?
Hunker: Cathedral baseball has helped me prepare to come ready to play everyday and compete at a high level.
PBR: Who is the toughest pitcher you have faced in Indiana?
Hunker: Luke Stephenson last summer and Jimmy McNamara during the HS season.
