PBR covered the Scout Day for the talented BBA Titans earlier this month on June 1st at Broken Arrow High school.  The event featured underclassmen players from both the 2023 and 2024 classes. The players listed below are only the players from the event that chose to upgrade to a PBR profile.

The 60's at this event featured players from Tulsa Union showing off their foot speed with the top three in the 2023 class with Avery Ortiz leading the way with a 6.71, Grayson Tempest at a 6.78, Gage Arthur clocking in a 6.82, and the top 2024 time from Gamaliel Jones at 7.12

The exit velocities were packed tightly at the top with Avery Ortiz and Maxwell Knight both reaching 94 mph off the tee to top the 2023 group and Reace Martinez leading the way for the 2024 class with an exit velocity of 82 mph.

Defensively a few guys stood out with their arm strength at the event including Avery Ortiz leading the way with an impressive 89 mph across the diamond.  Parker Cusick, Rhett Rogers, Hayden Carter, and Logan Tibbett all recorded 81 mph across in the 2023 class.  For the 2024's it was Jaxon Lange showcasing the strongest arm registering 81 mph across from first base and Grady Oliver clocking in at 79 mph across.  In the outfield Maxwell Knight showcased his raw arm strength from his long levers registering 87 mph from the outfield and Reace Martinez leading the way again for the 2024's with a recorded velocity of 81 mph.  Behind the plate there were three guys tied for the tops on pop times in the 2023 class with Logan Tibbett, Parker Cusick, and Baylor Corbin each putting up a 1.97.  

On the mound it was Avery Ortiz again leading the way with the top fastball coming in at 88 mph.  Maxwell Knight was up to 84 mph and shaped a good looking curveball.  Tristan King was up to 84 mph as well and showed off his productive three pitch mix arsenal.  From the 2024's it was Grady Oliver leading the way at 80 mph with his simple mechanics and short arm action.
