The Road to the California State Games begins with the 2022 California high school baseball season. With the season just around the corner, our Staff has begun putting out team previews from all around the state getting you prepare for another year of exciting coverage.

Today we focus on the Arlington Lions who are coming off a successful 2021 season in Division 3 and look to build off of last year's success in 2022.

Team Expectations

Looks to be a team with experience and a chip on their shoulder after coming up short in to CIF finals. Much to prove however lots of talent up and down the line up. Will be test moving up divisions. 

Team Strengths

Starting pitching and experience from a team that had a deep run last year. Strong up the middle. Return All CIF Player and now a three year starting catcher Jack Kleveno. Also led by All CIF starting Pitcher Jake Khasaempanth who is a three year starting pitcher. 

Areas of Improvement

Prove that we can hit throughout the line up to take some pressure off the top.
