Report: 6-foot-8, 220-pound right-handed pitcher. Imposing leverage and a clean arm. The fastball sat 80-81 mph with downhill plane at times. The spin pitch is big in shape, needs additional fastball hand speed. The pitch sat 64-66 mph. The changeup has a good action to it, sitting 66-68 mph. The delivery is online, above ¾ in slot. The bottom half works clean, the tracking of the front shoulder can improve as he matures, this will add extension to his ball hand. Solid projection for him, should be an upper 80’s guy in the next year. |
