POTENTIAL EXPECTATIONS:
This roster has an interesting mix of talent, experience, and youth. There are holes to fill from 2018 and areas to improve. This club could take a big step forward with what is present on their roster.
WHAT TO WATCH FOR:
The seniors will stir the pot… Several have started for 3-4 years for Coach Harper and as those guys go, High Point Central will go. For this group to take a major step forward, against a very good schedule, the core group of players will have to carry most of the load. They are talented enough to do so, but have to be willing to be “the guy” win or lose.
AREAS TO IMPROVE:
There were times in 2018 where the defense was not solid. This has to change to take that step in 2019. There is talent on that side of the ball, but the execution will need to be better in 2019.
