After drilling down into our google analytics we have compiled a list of the ten most visited Mississippi profiles on the Prep Baseball Report website in 2018. During the month of December we will be counting down to number one. Today we begin with the 5th most viewed player profile of this calendar year.

 


Scouting Report

12/17/17 Mississippi State recruit, currently ranked No. 1 in Mississippi’s 2021 class and No. 2 overall. Durable 6-foot-1, 217-pound frame with present strength in build. Displayed a quality level of athleticism for age and size posting a 7.03 60-yard dash. Right-handed hitter that hits from balanced, athletic setup with a smooth load, short stride, and balance throughout the swing. Quick hands rip through the zone on a short path, and he shows plus power to all fields generating premium bat speed that produced an exit velocity of 97 mph. Athleticism translates well defensively, showing soft hands, fluid footwork, and clean, quick exchanges. Medium arm stroke into high-3/4 release with accuracy and advanced arm strength, producing a positional velocity of 89 mph. Right-handed pitcher throwing from high- ¾ release and medium arm stroke. Fluid rhythm with level shoulders, in-line direction landing square, finishing athletically down the mound. Fastball displayed slight arm side run at 87-88 mph, touching 89 mph and was commanded in the zone. Changeup was thrown with slightly slower arm speed and showed slight fading action at 73-77 mph.
