preseason glimpse at programs from around the state.

Season Outlook
The Liberty Blue Jays will replacing eight starters from last year, they have one staring pitcher and one starting position player returning from last year.  The Blue Jays will look for senior RHP Clayton Adams to lead them on the mound and junior OF Gibson Brown to throw key innings and anchor down the defense. Senior SS Tyler Miller is talented on the field and in the classroom and will bring stabiliy to the infield while providing needed leadership to an inexperienced team. Liberty will have a healthy nest of talented young position players and pitchers that will mature over the course of the season.  Coach Kirk Bragg, entering 14th year as head coach, is experienced in the postseason and many expect Liberty to very competitive once the post season rolls around.
