With the 2017 spring season right around the corner, PBR Ohio is eagerly anticipating bringing the Buckeye state the best high school coverage throughout the entire state.
Starting in Mid-January, we began releasing team previews for teams across the state, leading into the Preseason All-State Teams as well as the Preseason State Rankings.

2017 Spring Team Preview: Zane Trace Pioneers

Conference Record: Scioto Valley Conference, 12-2
Returning Starters/Pitchers: 3
2017 Team Strengths:
- Starting Pitching
2017 Team Weaknesses:
- Youth
Coach Outlook: "We will have a young team in 2017 after losing eight seniors last year."
PBR Outlook: A year after winning 21 games, the Pioneers and head coach Ron Allen will look to reload with a youthful movement in 2017. But never count out Zane Trace as they have been a consistent team for a while now.
