2016 SEASON OUTLOOK
“We are led by 11 players with varsity experience, 8 returning starters. We lost two main contributors from last year's team. We are starting this season with a new coaching staff at Waverly. We have a lot of depth in the upper grade levels. The biggest surprise may come from some of our under class man who are looking to push returners for playing time this season. I would not be surprised to see a mixture of contributions from all grade levels this season, as we have a very talented group of players at Waverly right now. I am excited for our present and our future at Waverly High School." - Head Coach Kyle Parker
