As we prepare for the upcoming 2016 high school season, we will be taking a preseason glimpse at programs from around the state.

Season Outlook
Pitching will be the key to success for the Paola Panthers in 2016. They will return three starting pitchers from last spring.  Senior RHP Mason McDow, senior RHP Garon Johnson and junior LHP Blain Olmeier will be called on to lead the team.  Seniors LHP Dalton Town and INF Josh Meyers will add to the senior leadership and be called to have a big impact on the season.  The Panthers will also have a junior duo that will add to the mix of seniors.  Junior Donovan Suitt, an Honorable Mention All-Conference last year, will return on the infield and Trevor Boehm will be the game caller behind the plate.  Th Panthers have a good mix of players that will compete for a league an regional title, ultimately trying to get back to the state tournament.
