The 8th grader demonstrated capable actions defensively with accurate 71 mph arm strength across the diamond. As he grows into his frame Piper will need to continue to work on his foot speed and agility. His current stature and abilities make him a definite follow in this class.
class of 2021

5-foot-5, 120-pound left-handed hitter. Starts from a square stance with a high hands load and utilizes a heel-raise stride to initiate his swing. Muraco showcased a soft glove hand and the ability to play through the baseball with accurate 66 mph arm strength across the diamond. As Muraco continues to add to his frame and gains additional strength he will be a player to follow in this class.
