PBR released two new tools this year as part of continuing efforts to connect high school prospects and college coaches. ProspectPLUS allows a player to personally update all profile information that will be available to college coaches, while also providing advanced functionality on an account dashboard. The dashboard includes the ability to add game dates to a calendar that can be viewed by coaches, access a complete list of college baseball programs around the country, inform specific schools of interest with the click of a button, and download one's edited PBR video for personal use.
On the other side of the two-way recruiting street, ScoutPlus offers an evaluator features that include access to player-provided contact and academic info, a customizable recruiting board, player calendar that auto-populates with player-provided game info, a player-specific news feed, and the ability to see a list of prospects who have expressed interest in that coach's program.
