On Sunday, Feb. 7, Prep Baseball Report will host the 19th edition of its prestigious, flagship event: the Super 60 Pro Showcase. Since the event’s inception in 2003, more than 300 players have been selected in the MLB Draft, including 22 first-round picks and 25 second-rounders.

We started our our march toward the Super 60 earlier this month, by highlighting the prospects set to join us, shining a light on their impressive player profiles that they've groomed through their high school years and beyond.

Scouting Report

10/17/20
Lambros is an impressive athlete with twitchy actions throughout his game. He has broad shoulders and tons of room to pack on strength, on top of what he already possesses. The speed is elite and he could be a true power-speed threat down the line. His strong summer season showcased just how high his ceiling is, and that he is a potential immediate impact player.

9/4/20
Announced his verbal commitment to South Carolina.

5/6/20
Lambros is a physical, twitchy athlete with a high ceiling. Standing at 6-foot-1, 190 pounds, he has a physical frame with strength present and room for more. He hits from an athletic set-up with high hands and a quiet load to hitting position. The hands are direct to the ball and controlled with bat speed and explosiveness. Everything he does is very smooth. He’s a versatile bat that could fit many spots in the lineup with his gap-to-gap ability and power potential as well. Defensively, he covers ground in the outfield and can play all three outfield spots. He throws 90 from the outfield and consistently shows 6.6 speed as well. He recently de-committed from Virginia Tech.

6/25/19
Lambros is extremely athletic with a loud set of tools. Very fast 60 time with a strong arm in the outfield and a lot of batspeed and raw power. Very high upside as the tools begin to show on the field.
