Scouting Report
What We Liked: The athletic LHP/OF moved around with grace during defensive evaluations, showing off smooth, loose arm-action on the release (82 mph). It was encouraging to see the same movements translate to the mound with good spin scores on an upper 70's (T80 mph) FB. The southpaw worked heavy downhill creating lots of movement to the arm-side on the FB/CH combo. Was able to take off 700-800rpms of spin between pitches with only a 7-8 mph decrease and should have the confidence to attack the zone frequently with solid stuff. When missing glove-side, some natural cut appeared generating even more problems for hitters.
