Pennsylvania Player of the Week

SS/C Garrett Lowe (Kennard-Dale) continues to put up big offensive numbers. The 6-foot-3, 185-pound junior went 6-for-10 with three home runs on the week. The three round trippers included a grand slam and a two run shot. For the week Lowe drove in nine runs, scored six runs, and also walked three times.
Lowe is hitting an even .500 on the season for the 11-5 Rams. He has shown big power numbers with six home runs, seven doubles and a triple. Lowe has driven in 30 runs and has scored 23 times.
Lowe is currently uncommitted and ranked No. 87 in the PA Class of 2019. For his efforts, Lowe has been named the Prep Baseball Report Pennsylvania Player of the Week for the week of April 30 - May 5.

+ 2020 OF Brett Beith (Lakeview) went 6-for-9 with three doubles and a triple on the week. The left-handed hitter drove in six runs, scored six runs and swipe five bases. Beith is hitting .435 with 20 hits on the season.
+ 2018 SS Kyler Fedko (Vincentian Academy) went 7-for-8 with 12 RBI and 10 runs scored over three games. The Connecticut recruit had two doubles, two triples and two home runs among his seven hits.
+ 2018 OF/LHP Jake Kelchner (Archbishop Carroll) picked up a win over La Salle High School moving his season record to 5-0. The Alabama recruit has compiled a 1.09 ERA with 49 strikeouts in 25.2 innings of work.
+ 2018 LHP/1B Dillon Marsh (Lancaster Catholic) struck out 14 in a 7-2 win over Northern Lebanon. The Kentucky recruit has struck out 66 in 28 innings of work this spring.
+ 2019 catcher Jared Payne (Red Land) went 11-for-16 with a home run and five RBI on the week. For the season the Kentucky commit is hitting .571 with four doubles and three home runs.
+ 2019 LHP Joey Rock (Hopewell) struck out nine in 6-3 win over Beaver High School. The Ohio University recruit has struck out 66 in 39.1 innings this season.
+ 2019 RHP Nate Rolka (Lackwanna Trail) struck out 14 batters in five innings of work in a 7-0 win over Susquehanna. On the season the Delaware commit has 73 strikeouts in just 28 innings of work.
+ 2018 SS/RHP Adam Smith (West Chester East) worked six innings of 2 hit baseball to move to 5-0 on the season with a 0.21 ERA. Smith struck out eight in the outing bringing his season strikeout total to 54 in 32.2 innings of work.
+ 2019 SS Bren Taylor (Eastern York) went 8-fot-15 on the week with 2 doubles, a triple with seven RBI. On the season Taylor is hitting .607 with 37 hits in 17 games.
