Team Pennsylvania completed play at the 2015 PBR Future Games with a 3-2 win over Team New England on the strength of solid pitching and some timely hitting. 2017 LHP/OF Zach Kokoska worked the first three innings for Team PA holding Team New England scoreless on two hits with two strikeouts. 2017 RHP/IF Cade Negley matched Kokoska with three scoreless innings of his own. The 6-foot-1, 185-pound righty did not allow a hit while registering three strikeouts of his own. 2018 IF/RHP Bryce Cunningham came on in the seventh inning and picked up the save, retiring the final Team New England batter on strikes with the tying run at second base.
Team PA scored all of its runs in the top of the second inning. Negley got the inning started when he reached on an error. He advanced when 2017 RHP/IF Kyle Virbitsky walked and then scored on a single by 2017 LHP/OF Curtis Robison. Virbitsky scored on a sacrifice fly off the bat of 2017 IF Pete Vaccaro and Robison scored what was the eventual game winning run on an RBI ground out off the bat of 2017 IF Liam Bendo.
