What to expect: Fundamental actions on both sides of the ball. At the plate, good bat to ball skills through a repeatable swing from the left and right sides of the plate. Solid defensive actions with a workable arm that delivers accurate throws to the target. 

What we’d like to see: Increase in quick twitch efforts in the box and in the field. If Sowa can make good use of his strong, compact frame, he could reap the benefits and post bigger exit velo and outfield arm strength numbers

What to expect: Funky actions down the mound with a stabbing arm action out of the glove. Phillips is repeatable in his mechanics and finds comfort in the strike zone. Throws a tall, up and down breaking ball that shows promising break on it. 

What we’d like to see: More efficient use of the lower half and arm action to match the strong frame he has. An increase in FB velo paired with his above average horizontal break could make it very hard for RHH.

What to expect: Long, uphill swings that induce a high fly ball %. Movements with intent to do damage in the box. High bat speed numbers per Blast. Fundamental actions from SS with a soft glove and steady feet. 

What we’d like to see: Gaining more stability in the swing that would help him translate the high bat speed numbers into high exit velocity numbers. More looseness and athleticism in the infield to stay light on his feet and constantly moving while fielding and throwing. 

What to expect: Long, lanky actions down the mound with repeatability and some aggressiveness in the upper body and arm. Workable CB and CH pitches that could be polished into exceptional swing and miss pitches. Exceptional athleticism as he is a 6.74 runner, expect the twitch to translate to the lower half on the mound as well.

What we’d like to see: More strength added, making his FB velocity jump into hopefully the mid-80's. A diving changeup that he throws with confidence and a breaking ball that can be used as a get-me-over and a punchout pitch. With added velo and a strike throwing ability, Costanzo could see himself emerging into the 2024 rankings as a prominent left handed arm. 

What to expect: Lean frame with strength in the legs. At the plate, youll see a direct swing path with loads of line drives and hard hits to all parts of the field. Good movements to the ball in the OF with natural routes and solid momentum. 

What we’d like to see: A filled in frame with the ability to go gap to gap with power at the plate. The swing mechanics are clean, so increased upper and lower half strength could take him to the power potential he is capable of. A jump in arm strength numbers would help his case to be a power, corner outfielder in his class.
