Name: Shanif Hirani
Position: Outfielder

Height/Weight: 5-foot-9, 160-pounds
Rank: 59th in Ontario’s class of 2017
High School: Waterloo Collegiate Institute
Scouting Report: Hirani is an athletic outfielder with strength and quickness to his game. He has really changed his body and added muscle to frame. Toolsy player who can run, good first steps defensively to go along with his quick arm, velocity from the outfield 83 mph. Threat to steal on the basepaths. Right-handed hitter who is quiet and balanced at the plate, small load and stride to contact, can be a little upright at times, line drive type hitter with gap power, short swing.
