Ontario Insider: February OBJ Workout Notes
With us getting into February, teams are starting to intensify their practices across the province, pitcher’s starting to get their work in off mounds to prepare for upcoming spring trips and PBR events, hitters ramping it up in the cages while continuing their work in the gym on strength and quickness.
We stopped in at the Ontario Blue Jays clubhouse this past Saturday to watch pitchers and catchers for a few hours, arms that will be on their 16u up to their 18u teams this 2017. We dulge into the new year with a look at what took place in Mississauga early Saturday morning.
