Carson Lumley RHP / OF / Mother Teresa, ON / 2022

Report: Lumley is one of the newly committed prospects here in Ontario, and one of the few from the 2022 class who has decided where he will end up post-secondary. The potential two-way player has decided he will be heading to Bowling Green University. The right-hander has one of the hardes fastballs in the country as he was up to 91 mph at our Future Games event in August, and the the long and lean, 6-foot-4 has room to fill out and add strength.

Future: Lumley has the potential and quick twitch at the plate to turn himself into a legit candidate to be a two-way player at Bowling Green. Like any 16 year old, there is still development to come and he has some work to do to clean up the delivery and fine tune his stuff, as well keep improving the swing and add to his very projectable frame. Only the best athletes typically have the opportunity to do both at school, but the track record of dominance here in Ontario suggests Lumley could be one of these players. He'll finish the fall here soon and will look to have a strong winter indoors and come out with a vengeance early in 2021.
