We would like to thank all who participated in PBR Ontario's Vaughan Vikings Scout Day. This was a great opportunity for 2020-2023 prospects to be identified before season, create and update their profiles, as well see where they stack up with their peers. Many players impressed during their individual workouts at the showcase.

2019 Vaughan Vikings Scout Day Uncommitted Spotlight: Nicholas D'Elia

Nicholas D'Elia OF / RHP / Everest Academy, ON / 2023Report: Vaughan Scout Day provided our staff with several intriguing young prospects to keep an eye on as they enter the high school ranks but 2023 outfielder Nicholas D’Elia stood out above most due to his combination of tools. A little undersized for the time being at 5-foot-9, 133-pounds but D’Elia had one of the best performances of the day beginning with his 6.81 60-yard dash which was the best time at the event. The athleticism we saw from him to begin the showcase carried throughout the rest of the day with the offensive and defensive drills. |
