RANKINGS SPOTLIGHTS

Eli Willits SS / 2B / Fort-Cobb Broxton, OK / 2025

After spending the majority of his HS career atop the charts as the number one ranked 2026 prospect in the Oklahoma class, Willits recently reclassified up into the 2025 class and lands at number 2 in his intial entering of the rankings.  The switch OU commit has really opened some eyes on the summer circuit with his advanced athleticism in the box from both sides of the plate and a knack for finding barrels.  Willits plays with an extremely high baseball IQ and still has plenty of room to continue to add strength.  The stock continues to rise for Willits as he gains more experience and even with the reclass up, don't be surprised to see his name start landing on some mock drafts in the coming months.

Joey McLaughlin OF / LHP / Harrah, OK / 2025

Not many prospects saw their stocks rise as much as McLaughlin's in the past three months with a very a strong summer.  The left-handed hitting outfielder had multiple strong performances in big events with a strong showing at the Oklahoma State Games and throughout the summer circuit.  The top uncommitted player in the 2025 class, McLaughlin has a unique ability to drive baseballs with extreme carry and brings elite bat speed to the table.  As one of the younger prospects in the 2025 class, McLaughlin has started to catch some steam on the pro side in the past couple of months and still has plenty of room to continue to reach his highest ceiling as a prospect.

Marcos Sallee RHP / SS / Claremore, OK / 2025

Sallee has been on the radar for the past two years and sees a jump in his stock as his higher end stuff made a jump this summer.  Sallee has one of the quicker arms in the class that showed the potential of a true power arm representing Team Central at this year's inaugural Super Senior Games in Atlanta.  The right-hander worked the fastball up to 94 mph with repeated strikes and paird it nicely with the slider working up to 86 mph.  Sallee stands at 6-foot and 184 pounds and should continue to see jumps in his game as he continues to build off a strong summer.

Dartyn Meeks RHP / 3B / WISTER HS, OK / 2025

Meeks spent the summer as one of the more sought after arms in the state amongst the JUCO ranks before finally landing his commitment to Connor State JC.  The 6-foot-3 righthander works the fastball up into the low 90's and shows a strong feel for the breaking ball landing in the zone.  Where his potential lies might be in his overall athleticism where he's turned in running times below 7.0 in the past and has some of the best overall hand speed.  Meeks is just starting to scratch the surface of what type of arm he will be and will be an intiriguing follow in the coming years.

Jacob Wehba SS / 2B / Westmoore, OK / 2025

Not many prospects around the country have had a better run in the past few months than Wehba.  After being one of the main drivers offensively for Westmoore on their path to winning a State Championship and culminating the summer with one of the more impressive performances at the Super Senior Games in Atlanta, Wehba continues to impress with his ability to find barrels and make plays in the middle of the diamond.  While not the toolsiest player on the list, Wehba makes up for it with his advanced actions and strong barrel control in the box.  Teams looking for a middle infielder with big game experience should take a hard look at Wehba heading into his senior campaign.

Armando Gomez RHP / 3B / Union, OK / 2025

Gomez enters his senior campaign as one of the steadier arms in the class with a strong three pitch mix and feel for landing each in the zone.  He recently worked the fastball into the 89.5 mph range with strong feel for spinning the breaking ball and showing a heavy arm side fading changeup.   The quick tempoed Seminole State commit has the type of stuff and command to potentially front line a staff in the future and still has plenty of room for growth into his athletic frame.

Jackson Schanuel 1B / RHP / Newcastle, OK / 2025

Another high riser in the class, the recent Hutchinson CC commit shined throughout the spring and summer thanks to his unique power/speed combo.  The 6-foot-3 and 220 pound first baseman earned a spot at this year's Super Senior Games thanks to the physical hand strength from the right side as well as turning in one of the faster running times all summer at 6.6.  Schanuel has all the physical tools and has proven the ability to leave the yard in the spring, and should be one of the more interesting follows in the coming years out of the 2025 class.

Grady Hoke RHP / 3B / Yukon, OK / 2025

Grady Hoke burst onto the scene this spring and carried it over into a strong summer on the circuit, which would ultimately land him a commitment with Cowley County.  The right hander has steadily shown big jumps in stuff and velocity this summer, reaching up to 91 mph at the Oklahoma State Games.  It isn't just his stuff that stands out, Hoke has some of the better pitchability in the class with the ability to land multiple pitches for strikes, as well as find some swing and miss.  His higher end pitchability paired with the increasing stuff makes for him to be a potential breakout arm in the class.

Catcher Lindley RHP / OF / Piedmont High School, OK / 2025

The right-hander from Piedmont continues to see his stock rise after showing off some advanced arm strength at the Risin Scout Day earlier in the summer.  Coming off a spring that saw him take over number one duties for Piedmont, Lindley was able to work the fastball up to 91.4 mph with sinking action, as well as land a 75 mph slider with short cutting shape.  Lindley still has plenty of room to continue to build strength standing at a lean 6-foot and 162 pounds, and should continue to see big jumps in the coming years.

Bentley Brown SS / 2B / Collinsville, OK / 2025

Brown has been a mainstay in the middle of the diamond and order for Collinsville the past couple of seasons and is starting to see the tools start to match his higher level of experience.  Brown recently posted personal bests in almost every category over the past summer and started to show a little more pop in the hands at contact.  With the increase in tools matching his already high levels of production on both sides of the ball, Brown recently landed his commitment to NOC Tonkawa as one of the top remaining uncommitted infielders in the 2025 class.
